To our Instructors Norm and Coralie, we are writing to extend our heartfelt thanks for the opportunity to attend your recent 4WD Certificate Course. They encourage active participation, foster critical thinking, and ensure that every student feels valued. The 2-day sessions were not only informative but also incredibly inspiring. It was a wonderful experience meeting great people, learning from experts, and acquiring new skills. I will definitely put what I learned into use, especially Susie, who thought this was definitely out of her comfort zone.
